Mother Of All Fitness by the Swingers – MAF is a brand new fitness program created by the best of instructors from the swingers dance incorporation

Class is split into 6 different sections

  • High intensity cardio – includes cardio based high intensity exercise moves
  • Dance fitness – to add some fun to fitness, you can learn new songs & dance moves
  • Toning – strengthening of muscle groups with toning exercises
  • Abs & thighs – specific sections dedicated to strengthen & shape abs & thigh
  • Stretch – basic stretches to improve flexibility & help muscles
  • Relax – help body & mind to relax & rejuvenate

Zumba classes scheduled mixed classes

Monday & Thursdays – 7.30 to 8.30 pm
Wednesday & Fridays -7.30 to 8.30 pm
Saturday & Sunday-7.30 & 11.30 Am

Exclusive ladies only zumba classes

Monday & Thursdays – 11am to 12 pm
Wednesday & Fridays -11am to 12 pm
