Terms & Conditions

The Swingers Dance Inc reserves all right of admission. Students are requested to follow dance class dress code based on their batch.

We request all to maintain decorum, value, trust, respect our teachers and fellow students during class interactions.

All students will be muted till the instructors initiates a question session to clarify doubts. Students can communicate anytime during class using Chat option.

Discipline and punctuality is expected of all students during online classes.

Students of all Certification courses are requested to not miss classes for effective learning of syllabus.

Fees paid will be considered per students per payment only.

Students Must Rename their Zoom Login to their registered name for class purposes.

The Swingers is not responsible for any kind of accidents / injury / damage of personal belongings or property during class hours.

Consult your physician before doing this or any form of exercise and dance routine.

Class fees once paid cannot be refunded or transferred to other students or batches.

Public Holidays / Natural Disaster holidays & classes missed by individual students cannot be compensated except those cancelled by The Swingers.

Classes will be conducted via Zoom Platform.

Class Link is unique to the registered student only. Kindly do not share the same.

The Swingers will not responsible for any individual network / audio / video connectivity issues or failures.Package Fees cannot be split, transferred to any other students / course / months

Monthly Fees should be paid on or before first class for every month

Students access to the classes is based on renewal after expiry of their payments

Do not share any personal details like contact number, email id on the chat of the online classes

In-class pictures & videos taken / sent will be used for our social media for inspirational purpose. Do inform us if you have any concerns.

Students are requested to tag @swingersdanceofficial while posting any class related content on social media
