With this beautiful quote from Martha Graham, let’s start talking about a topic that is
near and dear to our hearts.
A topic which can make you jump out of your bed/couch and start moving. Yes, you
read it.Jump out and start moving your body. You know why? Because we’re talking about
(Fun Fact- Did you know: According to Guinness World Records: The largest Bhangra
dance happened on 1st of November, 2018 which consisted a gathering of 4,411
people, and was achieved by Gurcharan Mall aka Dhol King (UK) at Lovely Professional
University, in Jalandhar, Punjab, India)
Yep, Dancing. An activity that not only is fun to do but also helps boosts our confidence,
improves our mental wealth, increases fitness and could also help in weight loss for
people who’re facing problems related to weight.
Yes, Dancing does have a lot of advantages and some of them have been mentioned
above. But, We know it might not be very easy for all of you to get started with dancing ,
but don’t worry if you just start doing it slowly, then, steadily, you will start to do it
regularly and reap the benefits of it and, If you believe you can’t dance much or can’t
exercise much and feel bad that you can exercise only a little bit then just remember
this quote by Lynda Barr “Any kind of dancing is better than no dancing at all.”

Secondly, Dancing is an art that comes from the heart. This may look like a cliche
statement but it is very true that dancing comes from the heart. And, To prove this we do
not need science. Just try to remember the last time you danced with full mood, just
remember the last time when you went onto the dance floor in full swing and forgot all
your sorrows and problems and you started to feel as if nothing is there to be worried
about and that life is just about dancing. If you have experienced that, then, my friend,
you have experienced dancing with your heart.

dancing and how he felt when he danced. Have a look at what he said:
